Forms of Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, CareCredit, Heathcare Credit, Personal Check, Cash, or Money order

Financing
We have an affiliation with two companies that may finance all or part of the cost of your treatment. Each company offers a no fee, telephone application process and generally will make a determination within 1/2 hour of submission. Detailed information on this financing is available from our administrative staff at the number above.

Insurance
We can submit insurance claims for payment on your behalf to your insurance carrier for work completed upon yourself and covered members of your family. With insurance companies that we have established a working relationship we will accept the "Assigment of Benefits", if assignable (check paid directly to the dentist from the insurance company). Please remember that the person receiving treatment or their legal guardian is ultimately responsible for payment of invoices for treatment received. In many instances our computerized database of insurance profiles can estimate the amount of money your carrier is expected to pay for a given treatment. These estimates are for planning purposes only. The out of pocket expense to you, if any, is determined by the difference between the cost of treatment and the actual payment received from your insurance company. In instances where there is a prolonged period for receiving payment from your insurance company, for any reason , you may be asked to pay your bill in full and be reimbursed directly by your insurance company.
