Hours
Abercorn Family Dentistry hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, 9AM - 6PM and Friday, 9AM - 5PM. You may come in to the office or telephone us at the number above to make an appointment for treatment.

Policy
We recognize that your time is important and we make it our objective to minimize the time you spend waiting to be treated. Patients are seen by appointment, which are scheduled according to the time required to perform the scheduled treatment. There are occasions that unpredictable treatment related circumstances demand that we deviate from this schedule. We ask for your understanding in these instances, as it might be yourself one day who will require the extended appointment time.

Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise preventing you from keeping your appointment. Once you have a confirmed appointment we ask that if you must cancel, please notify us at least 24 hrs in advance. We reserve the right to bill $25.00 dollars for broken appointments to patients who have a history of breaking their appointments without notice. This unfortunate practice increases the cost of providing Dental Care to all patients.

Emergencies
Of course patients who require emergency treatment are welcome. We make every effort to accommodate their treatment needs into with our scheduled treatments but they must be prepared to wait if necessary. We must stress that in many cases early detection and regular visits will keep the need for emergency treatment and your discomfort to a minimum.

Warning Signs
The following are some warning signs which may require immediate attention. If you should develop any of these symptoms, call or come in for an emergency appointment: Bleeding gums, swelling around the face or neck, severe pain.
